Membership

By creating an account and purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Membership provides access to CDL Protection services and support resources.

Services may include:

• CDL ticket review

• Citation support

• Court representation coordination

• License suspension assistance

• DOT compliance guidance

• Fleet support services

 

Subscription Billing

• Membership subscriptions are billed monthly.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal.

• Membership automatically renews unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

 

Cancellation

Members may cancel at any time through their account dashboard.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically refund previous payments.

 

User Responsibilities

Members agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Upload truthful documentation

• Maintain account security

• Comply with all applicable laws

 

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Submit false documents

• Misrepresent legal situations

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to access other user accounts

 

Limitation of Liability

CDL Protection shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or services.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the member during the previous 12 months.
